Notebook widget

Hi,

question: is it possible to create a notebook widget in such a manner that
no scrolling is needed, but  a l l  tabs are visible and layed out in more
than one row (such as in Windows/WindowsNT)?

If such a feature is not implemented, could it be introduced?
