GIMP Plugin (Perl Module Can't Find)

The GIMP says font_table: the gtk perl module is required to open a
dialog window, running with default values (perl_fu_table)". I'm using
1.1.9 and can't seem to find the required module/plugin at www.gimp.org
or freshmeat.net.I can't find it anywhere...is there an ftp site or
something somewhere??
