Well.. more an "I have mo objections", since I'm hardly anything "official".

I just spend a lot of my time building various CVS trees (glib, gtk,
Tcl/Tk, Enlightenment) and feeding back information on how it runs on AIX. 

(For what it's worth, the current Glib/GTK CVS builds fine with the IBM
xlc compiler under AIX 4.3.2 once you beat libtool and automake into
submission).
