Copyright on aclocal macro

Hi all,

I want to add an aclocal macro to GdkMagick to make it easier for users to
determine if they have the right version of GdkMagick for an application. What
is the copyright on gtk.m4? Can I freely use this in my own library or should I
pay attention to the license on this file?
