gtk wysiwyg ?

Are there any wysiwyg gui editors for linux floating around the internet ?
if so could someone tell me a bit about them, where they are etc

I'm not looking for something extremely advanced, just something for
designing
an application base, or skeleton if you like and then do the "fine tune"
coding
myself
