[gtk-list] CTREE descriptions

I've been trying to use a CTREE widget but can't find information on
many functions like:

gtk_ctree_export_to_gnode () and many others.

Most of the function descriptions are empty in the GTK reference file
available at www.gtk.org. The GTK 1.2 tutorial ctree section is empty.

Is there a more up-to-date or complete description of these functions?
