Possible bug in GtkHandlebox

Look at the attached picture. The size of the handleboxs window seems to
be about 5 pixels to small and is clipping the thandlebox and
its childwidgets.  

The strange thing is that this is happening about 50% of the times a
handlebox is detached from the app.

This is whats packed in the handlebox in the picture:

But this bug seems to show up regardless of whats in the handlebox.

This happens under gtk 1.2.6 and probably earlier versions to.

    site,  so please forgive me if this is redundant information to you.
