Scrolling list widget

Has anyone written a widget that behaves like a CList except with a
scrollbar only on the rows.  I realize that I can put my CList within a
scrolloing window, but that does NOT accomplish what I need because if you
scroll down the column lables scroll out of site.

For an example of the behavior I'm looking for, look at the column
headings in the mail viewer of Netscape 4.x or in MS Outlook.  Actually
now that I think about it, they probably had to do this for Mozilla.  Is
there a downloadable widget or is there a way to attach a scrollbar to a
normal CList that accomplishes this?
