bug in toggle button ?

Hi,

I want to use gtk_button_set_relief with GTK_RELIEF_NONE on a toggle
button. The problem is that, when I disable the toggle button, it shows
no more that it is down (checked). The toggled, if checked, should show
its state, even if it is disabled. Using standard relief, things looks
ok, even when buttons are disabled.

Is this a bug in gtk ? Any work-arround ?
