strange error msg...

does anyone know why i get this error when executing almost any gnome
app???  i am using gtk/glib 1.2.0, and gtk-engines-0.5 with
gnome-libs-1.0.4 and the rest of the most updated gnome packages...

    GnomeUI-WARNING **: Accelerator support disabled.  Use at least GTK+
1.2.1 if
    you want it.
