Re: [gtk-list] Why not usenet?

Why is gtk+ correspondence run on a listserver? Why not move to a regular (more
   convenient) usenet group?

Different people have different conceptions of what is convenient.
Speaking for myself, if I want to be able to participate in an
on-going discussion, answer questions quickly (granted, my level of
expertise is such that this doesn't happen a lot!), and get my
questions answered quickly, I find mailling lists work much better
than usenet.

If you don't agree... put out a call for discussion and see what
happens.
