bug/feature in File Selection ?

Hi,
I have a different behaviour in the file selection,
depending on the way I select a file.
What I am doing is selecting the file, then it reads it.
If I click on the file name and then click on ok,
I can still move the file selection window while it
reads the file.
If I double click on it, then I cannot move or do something else
at the same time.

Does anyone has an explanation for that ?
