Estonian translation

Hello!

I've created gtk+ estonian po file. Although we do not have
official translation team yet, it is revised in estonian linux users
group mailing list.
I've sent my copyright disclaimer to FSF, but it will probably take
some weeks, before it arrives.
gtk+.po is available as attachment and at:
