where's the archive?

hi. i've just joined this list, and one of the automatic
responses i received claimed that there was a "web-based,
searchable archive of this list" at

	http://www.redhat.com/linux-info/gtk/gtk-list/

but there isn't. anyone know where it is, if it's still
available?

while i have your attention, what i want the archive
for is to find out why gtk_label_set_justify doesn't
seem to have any effect (i have gtk 1.2.3). is this
me being stupid, a new bug or a known/fixed bug?
as far as i can see, my labels are centred no matter
what i try.
