Grip v0.9

Version 0.9 of Grip, my gtk-based cd-player and ripper/encoder frontend is
now available at:

  http://www.ling.ed.ac.uk/~oliphant/grip

The main features of this release are a switch to http-based cddb lookup
(with the ability to use a proxy server for those behind firewalls), and
more configurable output directory support.
