Decorations

Are there any widgets that draws a horozontal line across a VBox,
or a vertical line across an HBox, to give a visual indication
of a break between sets of widgets? (This would be mostly for
decoration)

Something like the line in a Paned box (without the drag knob),
but I'm going to want several of them on the same VBox/HBox so the
paned box is not very useful to me, and I don't want a resize done
there. It would be nice if they were theme aware.
