Desactivate Widget

Hello,

Thanks for those who helps me about callbacks.

I want to desactivate widgets (like buttons and menu) in some
configurations of my Interface,
but i don(t want to hide them.
I found the function gtk_widget_activate, but no functions to
desactivate them??
