gtk compile pblm

Hi,

	I'm having a problem compiling gtk on my linuxppc box (R4). It appears as
if a large portion of my X11 header files are mis-typed(?). I'm attempting
gtk v 1.1.16 and had the same problem on my Intel laptop running Redhat
5.2. On the laptop, I had "corrected" the X11 header files but did not like
that solution. Any ideas would be appeciated. Below is a snippet of the
compile errors I get.

declaration of `XSetStipple'

/usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xlib.h:3874: warning: type defaults to `int' in
declaration of `XSetTSOrigin'
