I'm afraid you won't get much usage out of GTK on a Win3.11 system, so I'm
not quite sure why you're attempting to download it to that machine. GTK
runs primarily on UNIX-like operating systems, and to some extent Windows
NT. It will not run on Win3.11 at all.
