Looking for making windows "stick"

I am sure that GTK+ provides something for this, but I can not find it in
the online docs, probally my oversight.  I am looking for a way to make to
windows stick, like in WinAmp / X11Amp, so that whereever the parent window
goes, the child follows.  Any help would be apreciated.
