GTK: Strings.h vs String.h

I noticed two includes of "strings.h" in gtk/gtkaccelgroup.c and
gtk/gtkbindings.c
I don't have a "strings.h" under QNX, I tried removing it and didn't seem to
cause any warnings or errors. If its necessary for other platforms could
configure check for its existence and handle it appropriately?
