I talked to the publisher - I pointed out that the book was not
appearing on their site and they said they'll correct it.  The book is
supposed to be shipped Monday (today) to the book retailers.  (This
was as of Thursday.)  

I have not seen the final printed version of the book. I should be
getting a copy at about the same time.
