DND and autoscrolling in clist/ctree?

Hi,

the clist and ctree widgets support DND to reorder the rows.
E.g., in the gnome menu config program (gmenu) you can reorder the
individual rows with DND. However, there's a problem if not all rows
fit into the visible area and a scrollbar is displayed for the
ctree/clist widget. To move an item from the first row to the last you
must drag the item to the bottom of the visible area, drop it, adjust
the scrolled window until the selected item is again at the top, drag
it to the bottom, ... and so on. It would be much more efficient, if
the DND in the clist/ctree has a kind of 'auto scrolling' of the
scrolled window if the user drags an item to the top or bottom of the
clist (i.e., the list scrolls while the mouse is over the bottom or
top of the clist). Is there a way to do this with the 1.1.15 version
of GTK+?

Any help is appreciated,

Ullrich
