Multi Move in gtkctree.

Hi all,
I've been talking some weeks ago with some people in charge of
GtkCList/Tree.
I think to be able to drag more than one line could be nice, so
I add some multimove to the GtkCTree, and I wonder if someone already
worked on that, and if not
I would be pleased to send what I did to the one in charge.

Right now I keep as much as the hierarchy as I can, but I an also make a
'FLAT' mode.
I can also make some change in the CtkCList, but I may need some advice
to do it the good way.
