problems with libwww when building GtkHTML

Hi,

I am not sure if it is OT, or not.

I am trying to build the GtkHTML, but it complain about libwww-config.
The closest package I found was gnoRPM with glibwww, using LXR on the
gnome CVS.

The big question is, where do I find libwww (and libwww-config)?
