Yes look at the http://www.gtk.org site. You might also look at
http://www.gnome.org if your looking for programs.
As for web browsers there are Mnemonic [under development]
http://www.mnemonic.org/ and gzilla http://www.gzilla.com/ and also
the mozilla (url slipped my mind).
