Well,

I've been searching for quite a while now how to write a GtkPerl
alternative for the following C construction :
        while (gtk_events_pending()) gtk_main_iteration(); 

I need this to have the widgets updated while I wait for another process
to be finished.

Hope you have an idea how to achieve this, thanks.
