Actually, the archive does have them, there just arent links to them.  Just
substitute the month you desire in the URL ie:
http://archive.redhat.com/gtk-list/1999-March to see the March archive.  I for
one think this archive could be better maintained and made searchable.  It would
certainly make it easier to find information and prevent duplicate posts to the
list.  Just my $.02
