GTK+/GLIB-1.2.1 configure error/Libtool-1.2f broken?

I still have my compiling problem. :(  Here is the Output of ./configure:

./ltconfig: /usr/local/qt/bin/: is a directory
./ltconfig: exec: /usr/local/qt/bin/: cannot execute: Permission denied
configure: error: libtool configure failed

The problem seems not to be with glib/gtk+ itself, it is more likely that
libtool1.2f is broken. (glib/gtk+-1.2.0 compiles fine and uses libtool
version <1.2f). I get the same error when I try to compile the libtool-1.2f
package. Any version of libtool up to 1.2e compiles fine.

Does anybody know what changed from 1.2e to 1.2f?
