Problems compiling the Gimp from cvs

Im having a slight problem compiling The gimp from cvs, actually i had the
exact problem trying to compile gtk from cvs but somehow the problem solved
itself, ( like one minute it spewed error about AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE and the
next it chewed on hapily) anyway the gimp wont resolv itself and spits out
the following each time, i followed the instructions on 
http://xach.dorknet.com/gimp/tutorials/cvs.html

to the letter, except for different directories, anyway, ive never actually
run accross this problem before, so if anyone has any idea about this please
let me know
