Yes.

No, that will have to wait sometime, until other pending changes to
GTk+ have been integrated.

My GLib snapshots is usually a little bit newer (the Windows-related
parts, that is), as I don't have CVS commit access (hint, hint), and
thus any fixes that I make I have to upload and they have to go
through peer review (or whataver you should call it). This can take
some time.
