gIDE 0.0.12 is available from http://gide.pn.org/gIDE-0.0.12.tar.gz
- Project's TODO stuff reimplemented (test it for bugs :)).
- Helper script is used for Run now (if it does not exist, its created,
then the user can change it).
- Changed Compile Messages output handling.
- Updated gIDE documentation.
- Misc. Bugfixes
