patch: intellimouse wheel support

  Hello. Today I had too much time on my hands so I added rough wheel support
to the gtk.  It uses the XFree86 ZAxismapping and buttons 4 and 5.  So far it
single scrolls ranges, clists, and text. All IMouse owners, enjoy!

  This patch adds Microsoft intellimouse support to the gtk. It adds
handlers for button's 4 & 5( ZAxisMapping 4 5 ) to the widgets I though
would benifit from it( gtkrange, gtktext, gtkclist ).
