toolbar relief and spaces

Hi.

When I set my toolbar's relief to GTK_RELIEF_NONE with
gtk_toolbar_set_button_relief(), the space items in the toolbar still have
"borders" at top and bottom. I know that a function like
gtk_toolbar_set_space_relief() sounds funny, but it should be implemented
or gtk_toolbar_set_button_relief should also set the relief-data of the
spaces.
