Announce : new irc client

Hello,

In reply to a discussion on this list about availables irc
clients using gtk, I'm announcing the first public release
of gnirc (v0.1a). Its current features include :

  * Support for	most Rfc1459 commands
  * Quick ctcp (v1.0) implementation 
  * dcc ( chat & send)
  * aliases, channel logging, ircii window's levels
  * one & mutilple window(s) support : you can 
	keep all the channels you've joined in the same
	window and give a new window to a channel at any
	time. 

Missing:
  
  * Flood protection
  * Ignore lists
  * A scripting language
