well, in an ideal world he would only be allowed to resize the window so that
the aspect ratio remains. :)
in the real world, he'll have to live with the odd behaviour. it's a map
window, so he won't be resizing it all day, this is mostly a convenience
because what is too big on 640x480 will be too small on 1600x1280, that's why i
want it resizable at all.
