As others have said, most email clients restrict lines to a specific
number of characters. There are two ways to do this, either have a
widget that allows you to word wrap at specific line lengths (e.g.
xfmail), or post-process the message text to do the word-wrap (e.g.
Netscape Mail). For GTK, the latter is the much easier solution.
