[Patch] GtkToolbar

I just uploaded a patch for gtktoolbar.c to ftk.gimp.org.

Hello,

this is a patch against gtk+-0.99.9.

It changes GtkToolbar so that buttons it creates
don't get focus.

I want this change because the toolbar looks better
when its buttons don't indicate focus.
Also - more important - the work area of a window
should not loose focus because of a click in the toolbar.

The latter problem doesn't occur in testgtk, but it does
in simple editor I built that has a toolbar.
