docs collected in tar.gz files

Now in addition to the HTML on-line docs on www.gtk.org that
where there before, you can also find two tar files. One
contains all the HTML files (and gif files) so that you can
download and view off-line and the other contains postscript
files.
Note that the images in the tutorial didn't survive into the
postscript version. If anyone wants to try and fix this feel
free, just send me a shell or perl script which will recreate
it without intervention. ;-)
Anyone know how to convert texi files to plain text? Some
equivalent of sgml2txt only for texi files?
