[bug] Cursor over combobox

  Just a cosmetic bug in the latest 0.99.8. It can be easily repeated
in 'testgtk'. BTW, I use AfterStep 1.0pre.
  In a combobox (that is, in a entry with a down arrow), when you open
the list of choices the cursor changes from the usual arrow to the big
X. I guess someone forgot to set the cursor for the top-level window
that holds the list.
