gtkcombo renames

I'd suggest renaming some gtkcombo's functions.  While trying to
understand what it does, I noticed that `gtk_combo_set_use_arrows' and
`gtk_combo_set_use_arrows_always' are severly misnamed (okay, Paolo is
excused 'cause English probably isn't his native tongue).

>From UTS, I'd say

  `gtk_combo_set_use_arrows' should be `gtk_combo_set_use_arrow_keys'
  (okay, this one's minor... I think the old name could be
  confusing... "`arrow'?  An `arrow' pointer, or what?")

  `gtk_combo_set_use_arrows_always' should be `gtk_combo_set_wrap_around'

I don't have a patch because a) the patch is trivial and b) I didn't
patch my GTK (yet).

I don't think this change would be to hard to adapt an app
to... simple rename is all.

PS: Hope this gets through... as I've sent s.th. in mid-January, and I
didn't find it in the mail archives.  And I had been booted off the
list due to a mis-configured DNS server at my provider's side... so I
didn't see any list traffic then.  Bummer.
