Patch for shaped windows

I have just uploaded a patch for gtk+-0.99.4.

It implements the following functions:

  'gdk_window_shape_remove':
        removes a GdkWindow's shape mask that was set before
        by gdk_window_shape_combine_mask.

  'gtk_widget_shape_remove':
        removes a GtkWidget's shape mask that was set before
        by gtk_widget_shape_combine_mask.


This functionality was requested by Tim Janik.
I have sent this patch about 4 weeks ago, but it
probably didn't patch cleanly and didn't go into gtk+.
