.99.4 broke GTK_TOGGLE_BUTTON(button)->active

Looks like using GTK_TOGGLE_BUTTON(button)->active doesn't work anymore.
Either that or theres a chance that some signals changed.  Did
toggle_buttons stop emitting "clicked" ?  Then again, even when I use
"toggled" nothing happens right.


Errr, or so I think.. I am testing it right now by trying my code on .99.3
aside from that I don't know what else there is to do due to my lack of
familiarity with the gtk code itself.
