multi display and print support -take 2

Hi.
You can download from:
ftp.lettere.unipd.it/pub/linux/gdk_multi-0.2.tar.gz
the patches to support multi display connections with
gdk and gtk along with X print extension support:
you can now use the print support from within a gtk
appliaction (however widgets as of now can be created
only on one display...).

New in this release:
*) partial gdk printing support
*) gtk patch
*) proper handling of events
*) bug fixes
*) doc for setting up Xprt

Please test this patch: testgtk and other applications
work fine when statically linked (actually I get segv in testgtk
in gdk_image_new if it's dynamically linked, works fine
otherwise).

NB the patches are against gtk+ as of about 10 days ago, so
they may/may not apply cleanly...
