Combo widget bug

In gtk 0.99.4, the Combo widget does not allow selection by dragging the mouse.
In the testgtk program, if you "pull down" the menu part of a the combo widget
in the "Entry" example, the menu does not allow selection by mouse dragging
over the menu.   Only explicit single click works.
