The 'testgtk' example in the foo/gtk+[-1.x.x]/gtk/ directory
contains a small example for the rangecontrols.

When you've learned how to use it, feel free to write the
missing tutorial part and share it with others;

I'm sure the tutorial maintainers, 
Tony <gale@gtk.org> || Ian <imain@gtk.org>, would be
happy to see it :)
