ANNOUNCE: GTK+ 1.0.4 Released

GTK+ 1.0.4 is now on the ftp site:

Overview of Changes in GTK+ 1.0.4:

* Documentation changes (Thanks to Tony Gale!)
* autoconf fix for x_lib variable
* fixed pixmap clipping in gtkclist

Documentation changes are fixes for most the examples for delete_event
prototypes and additions/fixes to the tutorial.

An update from Daniele Canazza for the Italian translation of the 
tutorial has also been merged into this release.
