I've noticed that the close signal is *entirely absent* from the GTK
sources. i.e. -- Window manager close, the upper-right X on afterstep, etc.
Is this intentional design, or should I set myself about to add it?
On a related note, the window manager destroy reports an X I/O error when
used...
