Strange CList problem

I accidentally found this while messing around with CList and an RC file.
I have not gotten the following to work with testgtk, only my program.

What happens is all the CList items are solid black except the selected
item which is white on blue.

This happens when my rc file is as follows:

-----------------------
style anything
   {

   }
-----------------------

Just that.

I have no idea what causes it though.  My program does not attempt to
change any colors manually.  It does however load pixmaps for buttons.

I can send the source if needed.
