windows dont resize...

	Anyone know why GIMP compiled with the latest cvs gtk seems to be
having weird reactions to window resizes? Windows will temporaily resize for a
a fraction of a second, then revert back to the original size. Didnt see
anything in the gtk changelogs that would seem to effect it, but i'm no gtk
expert. Any ideas?
